The room had generous curtains, this blocked out all light. Plug sockets were conveniently located. The staff members were happy to help with any request. Breakfast service throughout my visit was excellent.

the rooms were clean. the room was modern. i had hangers in abundance. the bathroom was super clean and toiletries were available.
the air conditioning made some noise during the night. i wanted to turn it off but the room felt stuffy without it.

the room was super clean new towels and body wash were provided i appreciated the spacious layout of the suite. the sofa bed was already set up a convenient feature for my group. breakfast included table service alongside specialty coffee.

the room was super clean. the shower was the absolute best i have ever used. i also found the lady who checked me in friendly.
anytime before 11pm, it was hard to get hold of staff. the key card stopped working halfway through the trip because of a system change. it meant waiting an hour for staff to update it.

sink issueloud noise
the room i received wasn't great. a sink wasn't draining correctly which became annoying. plus, there was loud noise at night, it did disrupt my sleep pattern.
